About us
Our company, AGL, is an international company based in Hong Kong which creates and produces extensive agricultural projects (including greenhouse projects). It was founded in 2011 by Dor Moran and Rubén Arias Pinazo and has gone on to provide turnkey greenhouse projects, dairy farming projects, and agricultural services and solutions around the globe. Our company is dedicated to creating top-quality projects from their inception (including planning, design, technical support, and equipment) to the last finishing touches. All our projects and greenhouses are designed and built by us to be ecologically sound, economical, efficient, and reliable.
We are unique in that every single phase of production is in-house and is fully supervised and done by us, promising the best results possible. We believe in a hands-on approach and do our own meticulous quality control, leaving no stone unturned. We do complete projects, including computerized irrigation systems, climate control, ventilation, electrical, and agricultural consultation and supervision. Each and every aspect of our projects is taken into account, always considering the location, climate, and infrastructure of the country involved. Our products and projects are built to fit local conditions, and not make the locations suitable for the projects.

We can do this because of our talented and highly-qualified staff with decades of experience. Now specializing in turnkey greenhouse projects, we are extending our unique approach to diverse aspects in agriculture, having already forged ties to the dairy farming industry.

The Owners
Dor Moran Co-owner of AGL
Has worked extensively in greenhouse agriculture for more than a decade, including the management of projects in Hungary, Mexico, Venezuela, Zambia, and Hong Kong. For the last 10 years, he has been the general manager for a large concern in Kenya-- in charge of sales and technical logistics for greenhouse construction and the project manager for greenhouse projects. Dor has also worked in management involving agricultural equipment and supervising teams of workers in Australia. In addition, he is currently the director and founder of Milkey Ltd.—providing dairy farms with solutions, equipment and consultancy in Africa. All this translates into deep knowledge and experience in agriculture and greenhouse planning and construction.
Rubén Arias Pinazo Co-owner of AGL
Brings his extensive knowledge in engineering, technology and industry to AGL. His background includes degrees in Industrial Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Scheduling from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Spain. He has worked for almost two decades in management, development, design, quality control, and industrial planning in Spain, Australia, and China. He is currently CEO of Ningbo Green Import & Export Co. Ltd. in Zhejiang, China. Rubén is also fluent in several languages, including Spanish, English, and Portuguese, and he has good knowledge of Korean and Chinese, facilitating excellent communication with clients all over the world.
